Help Information
This website has been specifically designed with contractors
in mind. Its main aim is to provide an online reference
for our extensive range of Firesafe products. By making
use of the sites built in shopping style basket system you
can easily search our product ranges, make selections and
compile a shopping list of products. Finally, after completing
a simply form you can generate a generic quotation for materials
or to supply to your customer.
How do I use this website?
- Browse your way through our product ranges by using
the navigation menu on the left.
- If you wish to add a particular product to the shopping
basket, enter a quantity in the order code box at the
bottom of the product details page and click on the 'Add
to Quotation Basket' button. You will be taken to your
up to date shopping list.
- Continue shopping
How do I amend a products quantity?
- Click on the 'View Quotation Basket' link in the navigation
menu on the left or on the 'View Quotation Basket' button
on the product pages.
- Your up to date Quotation List is displayed.
- Change the quantity to the correct number and click
on 'Amend'
How do I delete a product from
my list?
- Click on the 'View Quotation Basket' link in the navigation
menu on the left or on the 'View Quotation Basket' button
on the product pages.
- Your up to date Quotation List is displayed.
- Change the quantity to '0' and click on 'Amend'. The
item is now deleted.
How do I create a quotation?
- From the quotation list select whether you wish to create
a materials quotation or a customer quote.
- Complete the form entering contractor and customer details
as required and any other relevant information or additional
costs.
- Click the 'Create a Quote' button. A blank window will
open laying out a generic invoice complete with your shopping
list and contractor/customer details.
- Enter our letterheaded paper into your printer and print
the invoice.
